Job summary

Orveon Global is seeking an Associate Talent Manager to execute full-cycle recruiting, enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences, and strengthen employer branding. You will support onboarding, talent pipelines, and special projects while collaborating with People & Culture and IT to enable a best-in-class talent function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive talent acquisition, talent management, or related People & Culture experience.
• Demonstrated success recruiting talent in a fast-paced and changing organization.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting including candidate outreach, communication, and nurturing throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct background checks and employment verification for new hires.
• Manage Applicant Tracking System, documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Assist with, and manage, job postings, job description updates, and administrative recruiting tasks.
• Gather candidate feedback and help identify process improvements or friction points.
