Addus is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to translate the organization’s TA strategy into scalable, compliant processes across all divisions. You will lead a team of TA Operations Specialists, collaborate with HR, IT, and field operations, and drive continuous improvements in candidate experience and workflow efficiency.

This hybrid role requires Dallas-area based candidates, with remote work flexibility and periodic travel to site locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with responsibility for high-volume processes and systems.
• Able to operationalize TA strategy into processes, tools, and documentation.
• Proven leadership of a TA Operations team and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic TA priorities into operational processes, resources, and workflows that Specialists and HR partners can execute consistently.
• Influence the design, optimization, and streamlining of processes to support a consistent TA user experience.
• Monitor KPIs and feedback to measure impact and implement adjustments.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of SOPs, templates, and communications for clarity and uniformity.
• Lead implementation activities for new processes, systems, or tools across divisions.
• Provide team escalation support for systems and processes, including vendor engagement.
