Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Talent Selection Specialist to provide operational and administrative support to Talent Acquisition, coordinating candidate travel, events, vendor coordination, bonus programs, and Workday tasks.

You will partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, and vendors to deliver a high-quality candidate experience, ensure data accuracy and financial reconciliation, and maintain timely communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, administration, or customer service.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, calendars, travel, expenses, and invoices.
• Manage candidate travel logistics and reimbursements.
• Support recruitment events, conferences, and resident/fellowship recruitment initiatives.
• Administer sign-on and referral bonus programs.
• Perform Workday tasks, reporting, referral matching, and data management.
• Support vendor processes and recruitment operations.
• Provide exceptional service to candidates, recruiters, hiring leaders, and vendors.
