Job summary

hriproperties is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support day-to-day recruiting operations across the Corporate Talent Acquisition function. You will help ensure a smooth, consistent, and positive hiring experience for applicants.

You will manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate data in Workday, while collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams to prevent delays and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or HR coordination experience.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar HRIS required; Workday preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Talent Acquisition team throughout all stages of the recruiting and hiring process.
• Create, review, and maintain job requisitions and postings, ensuring information is accurate and consistent.
• Post open positions to appropriate internal and external recruiting platforms.
• Monitor applicant flow and assist with candidate review and initial screening for assigned positions.
• Coordinate phone screens, interviews, and follow-up communication between candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate statuses and recruiting activity within Workday.
• Assist with offer preparation, approval tracking, offer documentation, and candidate follow-up.
• Monitor outstanding recruiting and hiring tasks and follow up with appropriate stakeholders to prevent delays in the hiring process.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, reference checks, and other required hiring documentation.
• Identify duplicate candidate profiles, system issues, or process discrepancies and partner with HRIS or appropriate teams to resolve them.
• Support the transition of candidates from recruiting through pre-hire and onboarding.
• Maintain recruiting trackers, reports, and other talent acquisition data.
• Assist with reporting related to open positions, time-to-fill, applicant activity, candidate pipelines, and other recruiting metrics.
• Help ensure job postings and recruiting practices comply with company standards and applicable pay transparency and employment requirements.
• Support sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms as needed.
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Assist with recruiting projects, process improvements, system testing, and implementation of new Talent Acquisition tools or procedures.
• Partner with property HR teams and hiring managers to ensure recruiting processes are followed consistently across the organization.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Corporate Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams as needed.
