Job summary

HRI Lodging LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations of the Corporate Talent Acquisition function. You will post jobs, manage candidate flow, coordinate interviews, support pre-employment checks, and help onboarding handoff across multiple properties.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in Workday and various recruiting platforms.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition coordination.
Experience with an applicant tracking system or HRIS required; Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions, candidates, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

Support the Corporate Talent Acquisition team through all stages of the recruiting process.
Create, review, and maintain job requisitions and postings; post to internal and external platforms.
Monitor applicant flow and assist with candidate review and initial screening.
Coordinate phone screens, interviews, and follow-up communication with candidates and managers.
Maintain candidate statuses and recruiting activity in Workday; assist with offers and onboarding handoff.
Support reporting on open positions, time-to-fill, and candidate pipelines.
