Brighton Jones is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to strengthen recruiting systems, processes, and data practices as we scale thoughtfully while maintaining a human-centered approach to recruiting. You will own coordinating interviews, ATS configurations, reporting, and vendor partnerships, delivering exceptional experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting operations or relatedPeople Ops roles.
• Experience owning recruiting systems, processes and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, scheduling tools and recruiting tech.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into action.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate complex interviews across calendars and time zones with clear candidate communication.
• Own recruiting workflows, templates, and operating practices to scale with consistency.
• Maintain data quality and build dashboards showing hiring metrics and outcomes.
• Provide documentation, training resources, and process improvements for the team.
