Waymo LLC seeks a senior leader to design and run Recruiting Operations for a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will report to the Manager of People and Talent Acquisition Operations and be based in Mountain View, CA with hybrid work options.

You will define strategic TA roadmaps, own TA tech platforms, and drive data-informed improvements across the end-to-end recruitment process. The role requires 6+ years in related ops, analytics, and tool administration, with preference for

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Recruiting Operations or HR program management.
• End-to-end TA programs, system implementations, and process optimization at scale.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse, ServiceNow, and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute strategic TA operations roadmaps.
• Serve as system admin for TA technology platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, ServiceNow).
• Improve TA tech stack and drive process efficiency.
• Partner with TA Leads and People Analytics to drive key metrics and data integrity.
• Support implementation and adoption of new TA tools and processes.
