This role provides operational support for active searches, guidance to stakeholders on recruitment procedures and hiring best practices, and supports initiatives that enhance the efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience of recruitment operations.
The TA Operations Specialist serves as a key liaison among hiring managers, search committees, recruiters, and campus partners to ensure timely and well-coordinated hiring activities across multiple units and concurrent searches.
Roles hired through this pool may primarily serve a unit or college and will have the opportunity to support additional campus human resources teams. Positions will be onsite with some exceptions for hybrid work.
