Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and relevant experience totaling 4 years.
• Three years of professional experience supporting faculty affairs or HR in higher education.
• Ability to interpret policies and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently administer faculty talent acquisition processes.
• Review faculty offers and hiring documents for accuracy and policy alignment.
• Evaluate complex faculty hiring situations and determine appropriate paths forward.
• Advise hiring managers, search committees, and HR partners on processes.
• Interpret regulations and recommend appropriate approaches when needed.
• Serve as a resource on recruitment operations and systems guidance.
• Analyze processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement improvements to workflows and documentation.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and training initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
