Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Global TA Process Owner to act as the enterprise-wide authority on talent acquisition processes. You will own the complete TA lifecycle from policy design through to compliance and measurable adoption, while diagnosing inefficiencies and enforcing global standards.

This strategic yet hands-on role involves defining the global operating model, maintaining governance structures, and leading continuous improvement efforts for TA across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the global TA process end-to-end, including requisition creation, sourcing, screening, selection, offer, and onboarding handoff.
• Define and maintain the global Target Operating Model for TA, with RACI, controls, and compliance checkpoints.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements (EU Pay Transparency, data privacy, local labor laws) into process design decisions.
• Establish and maintain a global process library: SOPs, process flows, SIPOC diagrams, and work instructions across regions.
