The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing quality customer service support to Alignment Healthcare’s Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will directly support Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure both internal and external candidates are receiving best class candidate experience. This individual will also assist with background checks, onboarding paperwork, scheduling of interviews, and other related projects. Additionally, this individual will be supporting other areas within the HR team on special projects and assignments.
