Job summary

AmeriVet Partners Management, Inc. seeks a strategic and collaborative Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs to design, lead, and scale national programs for early career hiring.

This role focuses on College of Veterinary Medicine engagement, technician training, externships, and a national conference strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. As a program leader within Talent Acquisition, you will partner with Medicine, Marketing, and DVM Engagement to build integrated programs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of campus recruiting, early career programs, or related experience.
• Experience building or scaling internship, externship, or workforce pipelines.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and cross‑functional stakeholder skills.
• Ability to partner with clinical, business, marketing, and talent acquisition leaders.
• Experience using data and funnel metrics to evaluate program performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship building.
• Veterinary, healthcare, higher education, or national conference strategy experience preferred.
• Travel - up to 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale AmeriVet’s early career talent engine via college programs and externships.
• Develop a national conference engagement strategy with marketing, field, and DVM teams.
• Partner across Talent Acquisition, Medicine, Marketing to align programs with hiring goals.
• Create tools and playbooks to enable repeatable program execution.
• Own data reporting: leads, conversions, and ROI.
