Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery’s Talent Acquisition team seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to deliver best-in-class interview and onboarding experiences while driving operational excellence across our teams.

You will coordinate schedules across time zones, support recruiters, manage interview logistics and travel, and help run assessment centres. You will uphold high standards of confidentiality and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or TA.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to support scheduling and logistics for interviews across time zones.

Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a critical member of Warner Bros Discovery’s Talent Acquisition team. This position provides best-in-class interview and onboarding experience to candidates and delivers operational excellence across India.

Shift Pattern

Shift is 3pm – 11pm to support teams in different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with new hires during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience from offer through to start date.
• Support multiple recruiters in scheduling complex interviews across differing time zones, providing an excellent candidate experience for video and onsite interviews, videoconferencing and travel arrangements.
