Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of recruiting or related administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related administrative role.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ATS or HR systems.
• College degree not required; associate degree preferred, with relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team throughout recruitment and onboarding.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and staff.
• Communicate interview details clearly to candidates and stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute candidate letters and recruiting documents.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, reference checks, and other pre-employment activities.
• Support relocation and candidate travel administration as needed.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in HR systems and ensure day-one paperwork is collected.
