Qualifications

3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations.
Experience supporting recruiting in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Experience managing background screening and pre-employment processes.
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies.
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data management.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary operational support partner to TA team.
Manage candidate communications related to interviews, travel, and onboarding.
Coordinate interview logistics and travel when needed.
Provide timely support and issue resolution for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners.
Monitor and maintain recruiting templates and resources.
Collaborate on campaigns, events, and talent acquisition initiatives.
