Job summary

Team JCK is seeking an Employment Manager who loves building an employment experience that excites candidates and creating new ways to reach them. This role sits in People Operations and drives strategy from who to hire through welcome to Team JCK.

You will build pipelines, craft creative sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, coach hiring managers, and turn culture into an employment brand. You will analyze metrics to prove impact and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring both high-volume and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience coaching hiring managers and using metrics to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with recruiting compliance and ATS/HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Build strong applicant pipelines before teams are short-staffed.
• Develop creative and nontraditional sourcing strategies.
• Lead recruitment for leadership roles and critical positions.
• Collaborate with People Operations, HRIS, Marketing, and leadership.
• Own consistent offer and onboarding processes and improve candidate experience.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and iterate on what works.
