Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Tampa, FL, on a 6-month hybrid assignment. You will support the TA service model, handling pre-employment activities, compliance, and candidate experience across the Americas.

You will collaborate with TA teams, IT, and HR to ensure smooth processes, from screenings and I-9/E-Verify to onboarding and issue troubleshooting in Workday. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (.xls).
• Strong urgency and ability to prioritize and complete projects timely.
• Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proactively embraces new trends, education, technology and tools.
• Understanding of US visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1, etc.) around compliance and tracking.
• Spanish, Portuguese or French skills are a plus but not required.
• 1+ years of HR Admin/Support; Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday ATS experience and scheduling preferred.
• Understanding of PERM LCA postings & recruitment campaigns.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates pre-employment screenings including background checks, drug screens, medical mandates, and motor vehicle reports.
• Initiates I-9 & E-Verify right-to-work processes and supports immigration team.
• Partners across TA Leads, TA Compliance, HR People Services, HR Workforce Experience, IT.
• Manages Digital Onboarding Experience for candidates and supports TA enhancements.
• Responds to Candidate and Hiring Manager inquiries with urgency and sound judgment.
• Troubleshoots issues in Workday and TA systems for internal partners.
• Partsicipates in Talent Acquisitions Enablement projects, including global initiatives.
• Performs process mapping, documentation, and presentation.
