Job summary

Trellance in Tampa, FL is seeking a hands-on HR Executive with 3–5 years of IT recruitment and HR operations experience. You will support recruitment activities while helping the HR team execute day-to-day processes and maintain accurate employee records.

Responsibilities include end-to-end IT recruitment, coordinating interviews, offers and joining formalities, onboarding, attendance and payroll liaison, HR reporting, and policy execution to sustain a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in an IT/technology organization.
• Hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment.
• Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Manage offers, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
• Maintain Recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards.
• Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and records.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance.
