Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Personnel Coordinator to provide facility-level HR support, payroll processing, onboarding, and benefits administration for staff. You will maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and coordinate with HRIS and payroll vendors.

Key duties include recruiting, screening applicants, posting positions, and facilitating onboarding. This role requires 1 year of payroll/HR support experience and familiarity with ADP/UKG platforms in a healthcare or similar setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• 1 year payroll management and/or HR support experience.
• Experience with ADP, UKG, ON SHIFT or Workforce Now is required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all departments and maintain payroll records.
• Recruit, screen and onboard new staff; manage staff files and records.
• Provide payroll and benefits support and respond to employee questions.
• Consult with HR leadership on complex employee relations and compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with EEO and FLSA rules.
• Coordinate with HRIS and payroll vendors to ensure system accuracy.
• Support department heads with corrective action documentation and processes.
