United Bank in Griffin, GA seeks an Employment Manager to lead talent acquisition, onboarding and employee relations. You will align staffing with business goals, partner with department leaders, and drive consistent employment practices in compliance with laws.

You will guide salary recommendations, manage onboarding, stay interviews and retention initiatives, and mentor managers on policy and performance matters.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum five years in progressive HR with emphasis on full-cycle recruitment.
• Certification such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR or willingness to pursue.

• Develop and implement employment strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with leaders to assess staffing needs and define requirements.
