Serve as the dedicated preboarding coordinator for field salaried, foreman, interns and corporate new hires, and as transactional support for all site hire and contingent worker requests for the craft labor team.Operate as the concierge and central point of contact who guides each candidate and new hire end-to-end, initiating every requirement, tracking it to completion, and communicating consistently along the way.
