You’ll manage candidate outreach, onboarding, and talent pipeline development, while aligning with sales to keep projects on track. This role emphasizes delivering results and using digital tools to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting and talent acquisition fundamentals.
• Success in delivering to metrics.
• Demonstrated history of accuracy within distinct processes.
• Experience with ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage open job orders, reach out to potential candidates, and excite them to start new roles.
• Guide new hires through onboarding, from background checks to site orientations.
• Proactively build and engage a strong talent pool across channels.
• Monitor fulfillment, address start issues, and provide market feedback to sales.
• Utilize the company app and digital tools to connect with talent and manage onboarding.
