You will leverage our digital tools and mobile app to match candidates to roles, ensure smooth client operations, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

You will actively manage open orders, guide new hires through background checks and orientations, and build a strong talent pool across channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition fundamentals.
• Proven track record in high-volume, urgent delivery and meeting performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and process accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with ATS software and digital recruitment tools.

As a Delivery Coordinator, you will drive success by sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top talent to meet high-volume staffing needs. Leveraging our digital tools and mobile app, you’ll match candidates to open roles, ensure smooth client operations, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Matching: Actively manage open orders and connect candidate matches to job opportunities.
• Onboarding & Support: Guide new hires through background checks, orientations, and first-day logistics to guarantee successful starts.
• Pipeline Building: Proactively source potential talent across multiple channels to maintain a strong talent pool.
• Fulfillment & Communication: Monitor job orders, resolve start issues, and provide market insights to sales partners.
• Tech Optimization: Utilize ATS platforms and digital app tools to streamline recruitment workflows.
