Home Instead Boerne is seeking a Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to identify and onboard top Care Professional Candidates for families in Boerne and surrounding areas. You will recruit, screen, hire, and orient Care Pros, coordinating interviews and background checks to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or the equivalent.
• One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, hire, and onboard Care Professionals to serve families.
• Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community.
• Manage recruitment ads and post positions as necessary.
• Check in frequently with leads within the applicant tracking system.
• Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner.
• Conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle checks and drug screens on all Care Pros.
