Home Instead is seeking a Care Pro Onboarding & Recruitment Coordinator to support the success of our Care Professionals through interviewing, onboarding, retention support, and administrative coordination across two franchises.

This role balances people-focused work with process, organization, and operational support, helping caregivers feel prepared, valued, and supported throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, HR support, employee relations, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Care Pro interviews and support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Lead weekly orientation and help create an exceptional new hire experience.
• Support retention efforts through follow-up, utilization outreach, corrective action check-ins, and employee support.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance in company specific systems.
• Assist with reporting, scorecards, and administrative support for HR and office operations.
• Support Care Pro recognition and engagement initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen onboarding consistency and retention outcomes.
