MAU Workforce Solutions in North Charleston, SC is seeking an Associate Employment Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding. You will excel in communication and organization to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling interviews (Teams/onsite), presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, and managing onboarding documents within ATS systems. This is a contract position with standard business hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Customer service mindset with excellent communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer tools.
• Flexible for 2nd and 3rd shift coverage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute full-cycle recruiting for entry-level hourly roles.
• Schedule and support interviews (Teams and onsite).
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documents (ACFs, onboarding assessments).
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Manage onboarding processes: drug screening, background checks, Equifax paperwork, etc.
