Happy-Floors in Miami is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle from first contact to operational in role. You will own sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, and then ensure every new hire has a smooth, engaging, and structured transition into the company.

The ideal candidate designs onboarding experiences for long-term success, with 3+ years in recruiting or onboarding, ATS/HRIS familiarity, and strong interpersonal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or onboarding coordination.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and onboarding cases simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of employment laws related to hiring and documentation (EEO, I-9).

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: source candidates, develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, coordinate schedules, manage ATS, extend offers, build pipelines, collaborate with staffing firms, track metrics, ensure policy compliance.
