Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in office administration, recruiting coordination, human resources support, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and interview teams.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and job requisitions within the ATS.
• Support job posting administration across internal and external recruiting platforms.
• Coordinate background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding documentation.
• Prepare offer letters and support new hire onboarding processes.
• Schedule orientations and coordinate first-day logistics for new employees.
• Track recruiting activities and ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process integrity.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Prepare interview materials and coordinate interview feedback collection from hiring teams.
