Qualifications

• Have 2+ years in staffing or recruitment.
• Thrive in high-volume environments and stay organized under pressure.
• Be proactive, goal-driven, and comfortable with commissions.
• Excellent communication in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Bonus: experience managing large temp accounts or 25+ associates.
