Black Diamond Networks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of TA associates and drive our recruitment strategy on-site at our Andover office. You will engage with candidates, interview, and partner with hiring managers to fill critical roles.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, candidate screening, and a metrics-driven approach to hiring. Minimum 5 years in TA with strong communication skills and ATS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Experience managing a team of recruiters.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Recruitee preferred).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter boolean search.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and building candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Associates.
• Develop data- and metric-driven recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and role descriptions.
• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and networks.
• Conduct interviews and assess qualifications and fit.
• Oversee offer process and salary/benefits negotiations.
• Use ATS and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and timelines.
