Talentfoot Executive Search in Chicago is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume property-level hiring across multiple states and to oversee two recruiters. The role reports to Operations and offers visibility to senior leadership as the function scales.

This player/coach position focuses on reducing time-to-fill, improving candidate quality, and building a scalable TA process, with a clear growth path into broader people leadership as the organization expands.

Formación

• Track record of building or rebuilding a recruiting function with measurable improvements.
• 4–6 years of recruiting experience, including coaching other recruiters.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, trade, or field-based roles across multiple sites/markets.
• Hands-on experience selecting/optimizing an ATS with automation features.
• Currently carries a personal requisition load and manages 5–7 active searches while leading a team.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week at the corporate office in the Chicago metro area.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own an end-to-end recruiting strategy for high-volume property-level hiring and periodic corporate searches.
• Forecast hiring demand with operations leadership and make staffing recommendations.
• Design grassroots sourcing strategies to reach technicians, leasing professionals, managers, and trades talent.
• Launch market-level employer branding and community marketing to boost applicant flow.
• Build and maintain talent communities with text/email campaigns to shorten time-to-fill.
• Evaluate and implement an ATS with campaign, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Pilot AI-enabled sourcing and screening for hourly roles with guardrails and clear communication.
• Define, track, and report recruiting KPIs and coach the team based on data.
• Lead and develop two recruiters, while handling complex searches and training managers on interviewing and closing.
