This role will drive excellence in recruitment and client service.

You will build relationships with local organizations, analyze hiring trends, and guide teams to align staffing with client goals while maintaining our commitment to diversity and community impact.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and thorough with good organizational skills.
• Time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 2-3 years of staffing, customer service, or HR experience.
