Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing and talent acquisition required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition activities and develop strategies.
• Coordinate panel interviews and candidate evaluation for openings.
• Review applications and establish final eligible lists in NEOGOV.
• Provide guidance and training on recruitment systems and processes.
• Prepare reports and analytics for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with HR laws, rules and policies.
• Partner with departments on candidate selection and process improvements.
• Maintain records of promotions and reclassifications with dates.
