Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting team on-site in Richmond, Virginia. You will supervise sourcing, screening, and interviewing while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include building community partnerships, guiding data-driven hiring decisions, and coordinating with key stakeholders to optimize performance and pipeline health in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a high-volume talent acquisition organization.
• Minimum 2 years leading a recruitment team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Preferred knowledge of employment law.
• Proven ability to build rapport with employees, management and vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment call centers.
• Experience using an ATS and data-driven recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with community partners to create brand awareness and increase applicant traffic within local markets.
• Manage the performance of recruiters and the entire team against established goals and metrics.
• Use recruiting data and labor market trends to forecast, establish KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Adhere to 100% compliance with all regulations and laws.
• Manage teams' effectiveness in sourcing, screening and hiring while maintaining standards.
• Actively seek new recruiting strategies to replenish the candidate pipeline.
• Audit team processes to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Build relationships with key operational stakeholders.
• Lead through change with clear communication and adaptability.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
