Job summary

Bain & Company in Seattle is seeking a Manager, Global Talent Strategy to serve as a key operational and strategic execution resource within the CTO organization. The role blends running core talent processes with strategic project delivery across global teams, regions, and functions.

You will lead forums, coordinate cross‑functional priorities, and drive transformation initiatives, including Talent Transformation PMO and future operating models; a proactive operator who delivers executive-ready

Qualifications

• Requires 5–8 years experience including Bain consulting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or master's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities with cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Run-the-Business: manage talent forums, cross-functional coordination, and operational programs with AI-enabled insights.
• Change-the-Business: PMO support for Talent Transformation, tracking initiatives and savings.
• Future state talent model: support operating model changes across business units and regions.
• Ad hoc strategic support across Talent agenda and executive-ready materials.
