ARCO Companies in Cincinnati (Blue Ash) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for construction, engineering, and architecture across multiple offices. You will build strong partnerships with hiring leaders, manage requisitions, and create talent pipelines to meet current and future needs.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years' experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture required.
• Data Center recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership.
• This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates.
• Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles.
• Coordinate with Onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR team.
• Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals.
