ARCO Companies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer across our offices in the Riverside area. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and drive strategic talent initiatives to meet business goals.

You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse, ensure timely background checks, and contribute to cross-functional projects. ARCO offers competitive compensation and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years' experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture.
• Data Center recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS or another applicant tracking system.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency and follow-through
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles
• Coordinate with Onboarding to ensure background checks before transitioning to HR
• Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives
