Job summary

ARCO is seeking a senior recruiter to own strategy and execution for data center construction roles across the United States. You will partner with construction, engineering, and design leaders to forecast workforce needs, build pipelines, and ensure timely delivery of critical talent to project teams.

This role requires 5-10+ years of recruiting experience in construction, engineering, or architecture; data-center experience is highly preferred.
