ARCO National Holdings in Wichita, KS is seeking a Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center projects from inception to completion. You will partner with owners, design teams, and internal leadership to align scope, budget, schedule, and risk.

Candidates should have 3–8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in data center construction, plus a Bachelor’s in Engineering. Travel as needed and proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools

Aufgaben

• Lead the execution of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through punch list.
• Partner with owners, design teams, and internal leadership to align scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Manage GMP/lump sum contracts, change management, and cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive coordination across structural, architectural, MEP, and vendor scopes with a focus on critical path activities.
• Ensure project compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Develop and oversee project financials.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect schedule and budget.
• Support commissioning and turnover activities to ensure successful delivery to the owner.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes.

A Day in the Life:

• Lead the execution of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through punch list
