ARCO a Family of Construction Companies seeks a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center projects from inception to turnover. You will partner with owners, design teams and internal leadership to align scope, budget and schedule while managing GMP contracts, risk and subcontractor performance.

You will drive cross-disciplinary coordination across structural, architectural and MEP scopes, ensuring safety, quality and contractual compliance, and you will oversee

• 3–8 years of project management experience with 3+ years in data center construction or mission-critical projects
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration in mission-critical environments
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules and subcontractor performance
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Partner with owners, design teams, and leadership to align scope, budget, schedule, and risk
• Manage GMP/lump sum contracts, change management, and cost forecasting
• Coordinate across structural, architectural, MEP, and vendor scopes with a focus on critical path activities
• Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations
• Develop and oversee project financials
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect schedule and budget
• Support commissioning and turnover activities to deliver to the owner
• Serve as primary accountability for project outcomes

A Day In The Life

• Lead the execution of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through punch list
• Partner with owners, design teams, and internal leadership to align scope, budget, schedule, and risk
• Manage GMP/lump sum contracts, change management, and cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive coordination across structural, architectural, MEP, and vendor scopes with a strong focus on critical path activities
• Ensure project compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations
• Develop and oversee project financials
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect schedule and budget
• Support commissioning and turnover activities to ensure successful delivery to the owner
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes

Necessary Qualifications

• Around 3-8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in data center construction or mission critical projects
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration in mission-critical environments
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required
