Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a project manager to lead large-scale, mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through punch list. You will partner with owners, design teams, and internal leadership to align scope, budget, schedule, and risk while managing contracts and cost forecasting.

The role requires coordinating MEP and vendor scopes and ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Around 3-8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in data center construction or mission critical projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration in mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning and turnover activities to ensure successful delivery to the owner.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes.
