ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter to lead Mission Critical construction recruiting. You will own strategy, drive full-cycle recruitment for data center roles, and build partnerships with hiring managers across multiple sites in the US.

You will source top talent for PMs, Superintendents, Schedulers, QA/QC, and Commissioning, while developing a dedicated data center recruiting team.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of recruiting experience in commercial construction/engineering/architecture.
• Experience recruiting for data center construction or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of construction roles and large-scale project staffing.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS platforms.
• Remote candidates may be considered for the right fit.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Critical/Data Center Construction recruiting strategy and execution.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for data center construction roles (PMs, Superintendents, Schedulers, QA/QC, Commissioning).
• Source passive talent, screen, interview, and guide candidates through offers.
• Collaborate with leaders to forecast workforce needs and plan recruiting approaches.
• Build and grow a dedicated Data Center recruiting team with leadership and mentorship.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and prospective candidates for pipelines.
• Manage job requisitions, postings, and recruitment marketing for assigned roles.
• Contribute to broader TA initiatives and special projects.

The ARCO Recruiting Team is growing and we're hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter specializing in Mission Critical construction recruiting to join our team in St. Louis (Richmond Heights), Framingham MA, or Phoenix to identify and engage top talent. A Day In The Life

• Under the direction of the TA Director, lead our existing Mission Critical/Data Center Construction recruiting function, taking ownership of recruiting strategy, execution, and talent acquisition efforts as the business continues to expand
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for data center construction roles, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Schedulers, QA/QC, Commissioning, and other office and field positions
• Source passive talent, conduct outreach, phone screen candidates, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through the interview and offer process
• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand project demands, anticipate workforce needs, and develop recruiting strategies that support current and future data center construction projects
• Help build and develop a dedicated Data Center recruiting team, providing leadership, guidance, and support as the function grows
• Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates
• Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles
• Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals

Necessary Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of recruiting experience within the commercial construction, engineering, or architecture industries
• Experience recruiting for data center construction or other mission-critical construction projects is highly preferred
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and senior business leaders
• Strong understanding of construction roles, project delivery teams, and the talent demands associated with large-scale construction projects
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system
• Remote candidates may be considered for the right fit if not located near an ARCO office
