Job summary

FIRY is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead a team of recruiters and partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition. You will drive select high-priority searches, optimize time-to-fill, and safeguard continuity across executive hiring relationships.

Based onsite in Las Vegas, NV, you will coach recruiters, maintain SLA and system hygiene, and develop future leaders while shaping a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• 2+ years leading and developing recruiters.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions; tech, gaming, advertising technology, or consumer tech preferred.
• Experience using recruiting data, systems, and operating rhythms to improve hiring performance.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and modern recruiting technology.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit and elevate end-to-end hiring process - from intake to scorecards to interview flow.
• Champion data integrity across the ATS pipeline and hiring insights.
• Analyze hiring decisions to drive faster, better choices.
• Build pipeline hygiene to keep requisitions clean, current, and audit-ready.
• Drive time-to-fill under 50 days while maintaining quality.
• Ensure new hires succeed at 90-day and six-month checks, improving hire quality.
• Manage cost-per-hire and prove effectiveness of direct sourcing.
