Job summary

IRIS Software Group in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to own vacancies from briefing to offer, partnering with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process. You will lead candidate screening and proactive sourcing, while building strong pipelines and coordinating interviews across North America.

You’ll join our global Talent Acquisition team, improving recruiter reach and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing vacancies through different stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience screening and interviewing candidates.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates, including through LinkedIn.
• Confidence working directly with hiring managers or clients.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage several vacancies and priorities at the same time.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Good judgement when assessing candidate suitability.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence using recruitment systems, ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• A proactive approach to keeping recruitment processes moving.
• A strong focus on providing candidates with a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• You'll manage vacancies from initial briefing through to offer, working closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
• Meet hiring managers to understand vacancies, priorities and ideal candidate profiles.
• Create and advertise clear, engaging job opportunities.
• Review CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening calls and initial interviews.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and recruitment activity.
• Advise hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Keep candidates informed and provide a positive experience.
• Support offers and candidate negotiations.
• Keep recruitment systems and candidate information up to date.
• Manage multiple vacancies and keep recruitment activity moving.
