GAI Consultants is seeking an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to join our talented and energetic Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates for requisitions and building talent pipelines using their professional experience and network.
This individual will work closely with business leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans. The role focuses on planning, engineering, and environmental consulting talent. The position offers an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base pay, with the possibility of remote work or from GAI's offices in the Southwestern United States.
