Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for our Hawaii Princeville property. You will lead all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, partnering with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs and deliver a stellar candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Hospitality and 4–6 years of progressive recruitment experience in hospitality or luxury environments, with strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

• 4–6 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting both hourly and leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices.

• Ability to build relationships with leaders, candidates, and external partners.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for the property.
• Partner with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of talent aligned with the 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars.
• Utilize HRIS and recruitment analytics to monitor metrics and optimize processes.
