Job summary

Starwood Hotels invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Manager at the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay property. You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs, and build a diverse, high‑quality candidate pipeline aligned with our luxury hospitality standards.

A Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years in recruitment, preferably in hospitality, are required. Strong interpersonal skills, HRIS experience, and proficiency with MS Office and recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury service, or high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting both hourly and leadership roles.
• Experience with an HRIS and recruitment analytics.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with leaders, candidates, and external partners.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
• Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a 24-hour hospitality operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
