Job summary

1 Hotels is seeking a Director of People Operations to lead a high-performance culture aligned with our brand mission and values. This role sets up the workforce and culture to achieve ambitious goals and evolutions.

You will drive organizational planning, employee relations, safety, and training while collaborating with leadership and Workday specialists to optimize people processes across the luxury properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business.
• Experience in luxury hotels as Assistant Director of People Operations or Director for a minimum of five years.
• Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferred.
• Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong interpersonal and coaching skills; strong organizational skills.
