Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Talent Acquisition Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the development and execution of recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the bank. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, managing the recruitment function, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The position requires a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. As a strategic partner, the Talent Acquisition Manager must stay updated on market trends and employ innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

Responsibilities
This position includes direct or indirect interaction with customers and other employees and therefore includes responsibilities relating to BSA / AML. The employee will have the opportunity to examine and view information and documents produced by other employees of the Bank relating to BSA and therefore has the obligation to report suspicious activity to the BSA Officer as appropriate. The employee is responsible for understanding and following the Bank's BSA / AML policies including elevating suspicious activity to the BSA Officer. Additionally, the employee is required to understand and follow the Bank's compliance program.
