Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—from strategic workforce planning and employer branding to sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and long-term talent pipeline development. This role is responsible for designing and executing scalable recruitment strategies supporting our growth across all restaurant brands and support centers. As a cultural ambassador, you will shape how we attract, engage, and retain top talent, ensuring each hire aligns with our commitment to guest experiences and high-performing teams.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead talent acquisition strategies aligned with company growth and brand identity.
  • Manage all recruiting platforms and ATS (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, iSolved, social media).
  • Create and maintain attractive job ads; update descriptions as needed.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for management and key hourly roles, including screening, outreach, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries and sourcing efforts.
  • Forecast staffing needs in collaboration with operations and leadership.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines, including university and community partnerships.
  • Promote internal mobility by collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Evaluate and manage recruiting tools, systems, and vendors.
  • Provide training on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and labor trends to improve processes.
  • Represent SRC at recruiting events and industry job fairs.
  • Present hiring updates and insights to the executive team.
Required Experience/Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality/restaurant recruitment.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations.
  • Deep understanding of ATS, recruiting platforms, and social sourcing.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
  • Passion for people, culture, and candidate experience.
Travel Requirements
  • Travel locally to restaurant locations, job fairs, and conferences (up to 25%).
Physical Requirements
  • Remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Use of computer for typing, data entry, and reviewing documents.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
  • Effective communication in person, via video, phone, and email.
