The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—from strategic workforce planning and employer branding to sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and long-term talent pipeline development. This role is responsible for designing and executing scalable recruitment strategies supporting our growth across all restaurant brands and support centers. As a cultural ambassador, you will shape how we attract, engage, and retain top talent, ensuring each hire aligns with our commitment to guest experiences and high-performing teams.
